How to enter Harmonized Codes
If your shipment requires a Harmonized Code or HS Tariff Code, you can follow the steps below to enter in your harmonized codes for each of your items.
- Head to the International Options Table
- Under Commodities towards the right of your page, click on the blue cogwheel to enter your Harmonized Codes. (Note: You will need to do this for each of your items you have entered)
- Then you will be able to enter in your codes under the field "Harmonized/Schedule B?" (Note: If you click on the check box next to the field, this will change the code you're entering from a Harmonized code to a Schedule B code.)
Where to find a Harmonized code
To figure out what the harmonized code is for your items, you can locate this information on the website
From the website, you will be able to describe your product, and then enter in the following information that is being requested to get your accurate harmonized code.
