Shipping History
Use shipping history to look up shipments that have processed in the last 30 days. To look up shipments, set the parameters you want, then click the search button.
Note that only the past 30 days of shipping history are saved in ShipStore. If you need to go back further, you'll need to use OrderTrack if your plan includes it, or contact support.
Parameters
Date Range
Pick a date range for the search query. Clearing the left side of the date range and leaving it blank will return all shipments stored in history up to the day specified on the right side of the date range.
Custom Criteria
Click the "+" to add custom search criteria. Shipments which fall under the criteria will be returned. You can add multiple custom criteria.
Options
In the left corner of the custom criteria box, you will see two options with checkboxes next to them. Check these boxes to further customize the search query to your needs.
Include Voided => Check this option to include shipments that have been voided in the search results.
Search All Profiles => By default, the shipping history search will search only the profile you currently have selected. Check this option to make shipping history search all shipping profiles.
