Additional Actions
You can perform additional actions with the shipments that get returned from a search.
These actions include:
- Reprocess Shipment
- Void Shipment
View Shipment
View Action Button
You can view a past shipment that has been returned in a search by clicking the reprocess button (the button with the "eye" icon). This will bring up a screen with this shipment's details, as well as some actions you can perform.
Use these actions to perform the following for this shipment:
- Reprint Labels
- Print Documents
- Reprocess the Shipment
- Void the Shipment
Labels and Documents
If needed, you can reprint any labels and documents for this shipment by pulling it up in history, viewing it, and performing those actions.
Reprocess Shipment
Use this action if you need to reprocess a shipment. Reprocessing a shipment will bring up the shipping screen with all the data from the shipment being reprocessed already populated in the form fields. You may then click the Process action to process the shipment again if you wish.
When you click this action, you will get a prompt asking whether you want to void the shipment before reprocessing it:
Voiding the shipment will remove it from the system and cancel the shipment with the carrier.
You also have the option to Generate Return. This option is found in the drop-down menu on this prompt.
Once selected, click Confirm. This will reprocess the shipment with the Ship To and Ship From addresses from the original swapped.

Click this button to void a shipment. This will delete the shipment from history.
Void multiple shipments at once by selecting them via check boxes...
And clicking the Void Shipment button that is next to the Search Shipment History search bar.
