Shipment Options
The Shipment Options tab.

Sections
There are 4 sections in the Shipment Options tab:
- Accessorials - For any additional services you need added to the shipment.
- Return Shipment - For if you need to print a return label for a shipment.
- References - Use the reference fields to enter reference information for your organization's own purposes.
- Emails - You can use the Emails section to send email notifications to your recipients about the status of their orders.
Return Shipment


Use this section to select return options, or to create a call tag. When you check the Return Label box, you will have several options in a drop-down menu.


Single Attempt and Three Attempts are both Call Tag options. Select these options to send an electronic call tag to a carrier. The call tag will notify the carrier that you are requesting a pickup for this item at this location. The location of the pickup will be the Origin Address defined in the Basics tab.
The last 4 options are used to obtain return labels for you to use as you wish. The most common options are Electronic Return Label and Print Return Label.
Electronic Return Label will allow you to email a return label.
Print Return Label will allow you to print a physical return label at your station.
References


Use the reference fields to enter reference information for your organization's own purposes. Carriers differ in the amount of references they allow, the maximum being for (UPS only allows 2). References will appear on the shipping label.
Emails


You can use the Emails section to send email notifications to your recipients about the status of their orders. Filling out the forms will allow you to send your recipients email notifications based on your custom template. Or, check the box that says Use Carrier Provided Notifications? to use the default provided by the carrier.
Note: If you want to send the notification to multiple email addresses, enter them all in the To Address field and separate them by a semicolon ";"
