Please be advised that we will be implementing a system update on 1/14/2022 @ 7pm. This update includes major improvements for batch processing and data handling, including performance improvements for tracking other carrier functions. This update also adds OrderTrack's reporting functionality directly to SHIPSTORE, and will lay the groundwork for the next set of updates (more on that later). 

 

What will be updated?

Effective on the date above, we will update your SHIPSTORE cloud environment with the changes mentioned. These changes are primarily behind the scenes, but will also add a new Reports section to the system (must be enabled via Account Settings). For more details on the report administration process, please follow this link: Reports Administration

    • Corrected logic preventing rateshops from working correctly
    • Corrected logic preventing multi-profile batches from working correctly
    • Updated Batch Results file to show full error on records that were not successfully processed
    • Improved efficiencies for loading and saving batch data

    • Improved efficiency for loading and saving of tracking data
  • Reports (NEW)
    • Added reporting functionality from OrderTrack to SHIPSTORE, but with improved performance
    • Allows you to create your own table-styled reports and assign those out to specific users

    • Added Legacy Mode option to Batch Templates Administration
    • Misc patches for UI bugs
  • Shipping
    • Improved performance in consolidation tasks
    • Improved performance on carrier initialization within the system, cutting roughly 0.1 sec off each transaction
    • Added "Is Truckload" checkbox to LTL UI
  • Misc
    • Several performance improvements for database logic, improving saving and searching of data

  • ShipStore Private Cloud portal

What do I need to do?

The web portal update may require the users to refresh (F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R) their Ship screen to pull in the changes if they are not seeing them when they log in after the update.
