Status
You can check the status of batches you have processed or are processing on the Status tab.
To check the status of a batch, select the Import Key and Run # of the batch you want to check on. Optionally, you can choose a Status from the drop-down menu to search for batch with a specific status.

Click the Check Status button to run the search.

When the results return, you can view the data and any errors. Additionally, you can print labels and/or void the shipments.Status Results

Reprinting Labels
The easiest way to reprint labels for a batch once you have the correct Run selected is to set the status to "Shipped", then Check Status. Once the shipped entries are the only ones in the list, you can click the Toggle All box to select all entries, then click the Reprint button at the top-right of the results table.
Resolving Errors
To check and resolve errors, set the status of "Other/Error" and click Check Status. Once the entries have returned, you should see a red triangle in the Status column on each record. You can hover over this icon to see the actual error that occurred. If the errors are all the same and can be resolved by updating a Default, you can do so via the Batch Process screen. If the errors are not simple to resolve via the method above, you also have the ability to click the button to the right of this field to load in the shipment manually and process it through via the standard process.
Voiding Shipments
The easiest way to reprint labels for a batch once you have the correct Run selected is to set the status to "Shipped", then Check Status. Once the shipped entries are the only ones in the list, you can click the Toggle All box to select all entries, then click the Void button at the top-right of the results table.
