Please be advised that we will be implementing a system update on 1/14/2023 @ 9pm ET. These updates consist primarily of performance improvements to batch processing, as well as updates to Invoice Reconciliation logic.

What will be updated?

Effective on the date above, we will update your SHIPSTORE cloud environment with the changes mentioned. Included in these changes is a slightly modified flow to batch processing as well as the ability to now email the results to a desired address.

  • SpeeDee - Patch for manifest FTP upload logic, and implemented 2023 rate updates
    
  • Pitney Bowes - Added billed weight logic
    
  • Shopify - Added support for new authentication token process
    

What will the update affect?

What do I need to do?

The web portal update may require the users to refresh (F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R) their Ship screen to pull in the changes if they are not seeing them when they log in after the update.
