Please be advised that we will be implementing a system update on 10/25/2025 @ 9pm ET. The majority of the updates focus on patches and enhancements to the packing and tracking functions in the system, as well as added support for an email address field on each address section in the system (ship to, origin, profiles, etc.) to account for UPS's new international requirements.

What do I need to do?

The web portal update may require the users to refresh (F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R) their Ship screen to pull in the changes if they are not seeing them when they log in after the update.
