To get alerts any time a notice for a system update or other impactful event occurs in SHIPSTORE, you first must sign up for an account within the help center. To do this:

  1. In the top-right of the screen, click Sign In
  2. In the form that pops up, follow one of the 2 routes below:
    1. If you've emailed our support team before, click "Forgot my password". By default, if you've emailed our support team before you have an account already created, so you just need to assign a PW.
    2. If you have not emailed our support team before, click the Sign up button, or sign in with one of the options on the left

Once signed up, go to our Announcements page and click the Follow button on the top-right of the page. Once done, you will get an email any time a new article is posted in this section moving forward.
