Please be advised that at 8pm ET on 5/3, we will be updating the name for UPS SurePost services to reflect UPS's recent rebranding of these options to "UPS Ground Saver®".
In this update, we will rename the services already configured in the system to match the new branding, and will update the UPS engine in your Shipstore environment to also reflect the new name when adding services to profiles. We will also be updating any rules configured using "SurePost" in the criteria/actions to use "Ground Saver" going forward, and will update the service name on existing SurePost shipments and orders with the new name.
No functional changes will be made, but we advise customers to review their business rules, defaults, etc. once the changes have been made to ensure there aren't any other settings that also need to be updated for your environment.
