Summary: A batch reprint prints only the labels shown on the results page (for example 5). Show more items per page, then use Select All so the whole batch reprints. It is a display limit, not a per-machine printing limit.
Problem
On one workstation, a batch reprint only prints a small number of labels (for example 5) at a time instead of the whole batch.
Cause
Reprint acts on the items shown on the results page. If the page shows only a few items, Select All selects only those, so only those reprint. It is a display and selection limit, not a printing limit on that machine.
How to check: Look at how many items your results page shows. If it shows only a few, that is how many reprint.
Fix
- On the results page, increase the number of items shown per page so the full batch is displayed.
- Use the Select All checkbox to select every item shown.
- Reprint. The whole batch prints instead of only the items that had been visible.
What you should see
With more items per page and Select All, the full batch of labels reprints in one action, and the count printed matches the number of shipments in the batch.
