Summary: You used Manually Process on a shipment inside a batch. The label printed, but the screen did not go back to the batch and the shipment still shows Ready, so you cannot reprint it from the batch. This was fixed in a July 2026 release. Do a hard refresh to pick up the fix.

Problem

You open a batch, pick a shipment that is Ready, and use Manually Process. The label prints, but the screen lands on an empty Parcel Shipping tab instead of going back to the batch.

When you open the batch again the shipment still shows Ready, and reprint on the batch screen does nothing for it. This comes up most when one order ships in several boxes.

Cause

This was a defect on the batch screen. After a manual process the app did not go back to the batch and did not change the batch record to Shipped, and that is also what blocked the reprint.

It was fixed in a July 2026 release. A browser tab that was already open before the fix keeps the old behavior until you refresh it.

How to check: hard refresh, then manually process one shipment. If the screen returns to the batch, you have the fix.

Fix

  1. Hold Ctrl+Shift+R to hard refresh Shipstore. Signing out and back in works too.
  2. Open the batch, use Manually Process on a Ready shipment, and check the screen goes back to the batch and the shipment now shows Shipped.
  3. If you need a label reprinted before you can refresh, reprint it from Shipping History instead of the batch screen.
  4. Batch defaults are separate and work as designed: what you type on the Defaults screen is not saved until the batch has been processed once, so process the batch before you count on the defaults for manual shipments.
  5. If the shipment still shows Ready after a hard refresh, email support@shipstore.com with the batch number and the shipment.

What you should see

Manually processing a shipment from a batch takes you back to the batch, the shipment shows Shipped, and you can reprint its label from the batch.
