Summary: There is no Return to field in batch ordering. The return address and its phone map to Ship From (use the second Ship From field), so fill in Ship From in your import file to set a per-row return phone.

Before you start

You need your batch import file and the field mapping you use to import it.

Steps

  1. In your import file, map the return address fields to Ship From. There are two Ship From fields; the return address is the second Ship From.
  2. Fill in the Ship From phone for each row to set that row's return phone number.
  3. Map the rest of the return address fields through the same Ship From mapping.
  4. Import the file and process.
  5. Check the return address and phone on a label.

What you should see

Labels show the Return-to address and phone from your Ship From data, and each row carries its own return phone number.

If something goes wrong

  • You cannot find a 'Return to' field. There isn't one. Map the return address to the second Ship From field instead.
