DHL end of day closes all profiles at once

Summary: If your DHL accounts are set up as nested child accounts, closing the DHL end-of-day (EOD) manifest for one profile closes it for all of them, and the others report "No open DHL shipments to closeout." Give each profile its own standard DHL account so each one closes out on its own.

Problem

Several profiles share DHL under nested child accounts. When you close the DHL end-of-day manifest for one profile, the DHL manifests for the other profiles close too. Closing the rest then returns:

No open DHL shipments to closeout

even though those profiles shipped DHL that day.

Cause

DHL manifest closeout does not separate by profile when the DHL accounts are nested child accounts under one parent. Closing one profile closes the shared closeout for all of them, so the others show no open shipments. Making per-profile closeout work with nested child accounts needs a core product change.

Fix

Set up each profile with its own separate standard DHL account, instead of nested child accounts under one parent.
Process a test DHL shipment on each profile and confirm each one gets a label.
Run the DHL end-of-day closeout on each profile in turn and confirm each closes on its own and produces its own manifest.
