Fix

  1. Find the item or customs Value with more than two decimal places, for example 271.8966.
  2. Change it to two decimal places, for example 271.90, and make sure it is greater than zero.
  3. On a domestic Priority or Flat Rate shipment that does not need itemized customs, clear the customs value so nothing is sent.
  4. Rate the shipment again and process it.
