Summary: Old Dominion retired its legacy SOAP API endpoints on December 31, 2025. If your ODFL setup still points at an old endpoint, rating, pickup, or bill-of-lading calls fail. Send us the carrier's notice so we can move you to the current endpoint.
Problem
You get a notice from Old Dominion (ODFL) that your integration is still using a retired endpoint (for example the Pickup v1 endpoint) and must move to the current one by their deadline, or ODFL service (rating, pickups, bills of lading) stops.
Cause
ODFL retired its legacy SOAP endpoints on December 31, 2025 and moved integrators to its current REST APIs. Shipstore stores which ODFL endpoint version your account uses. If that still points at the old version, ODFL calls fail after the cutoff.
Fix
- Forward the carrier's notice to support@shipstore.com. It names the endpoint and the deadline. Include your company name.
- We update the ODFL setup for your account to the current endpoint.
- After we confirm the change, reprocess a test shipment or pickup and check that it succeeds.
- If ODFL gave you a contact, confirm with them that your traffic is arriving on the current endpoint.
What you should see
A test shipment or pickup succeeds after the setup is updated, and ODFL no longer reports your account on the retired endpoint.
