NOTE: In order to continue, you will need a UPS.com login that has access to the account numbers you are wanting to use within Shipstore, as well as a Shipstore account with admin permissions.

WARNING: Please make sure your pop-up blocker is off before going through these steps or else the pop up will not open going to UPS.com

To set up a UPS account in the system, first go to the Administration screen, then go to Carriers on the left. Once the page loads, click the + button on the top-right of the table to open the Carrier Registration prompt. Give the account a name and supply the account number to continue with the process. Please ensure the name of the UPS account display name is different from your previous UPS account display name in order to differentiate between the two.

After you click the Next button, the system should open a window with a UPS sign in page. There are 2 options for registering your account. Either by using your existing UPS.com login or if you do not have access to the login for the account, you can create a new user and follow the steps below OPTION 1 in the OPTION 2 section.

OPTION 1: Enter the UPS credentials associated with this account number on that page and click the box for "Allow Shipstore access".

Once complete with the above, you will be directed to a Shipstore page confirming the sign-up is complete and the window can be closed. You can now add the new UPS account to any profiles you need for shipping. Swap out the old UPS account for your new UPS account in your profiles in order to utilize the new connection for all future UPS shipments.

If you are setting up this account for one unique account number only, these steps are complete. If you have additional account numbers that are tied to this login, continue with following steps:

To add another account number to an already established UPS carrier, click on the edit icon next to the carrier name in the Administration screen -->  Image Placeholder.

For UPS specifically, you will have the ability to add 'Child Accounts' that are tied to the same credentials you use to access UPS.com. Click on the + button to add a Child Account. Give this specific account number a Carrier Name and enter in the account number. Once you have entered in all associated child numbers, click on the Save button at the top right corner.
