Short answer: not on its own. The carrier owns the label layout and font, so Shipstore cannot resize the font unless the carrier approves it first.

Why

Each carrier sets the exact label specification, including the size, the barcode, and the font. Shipstore prints to that specification. A change to the font size has to be approved by the carrier (for example USPS) before Shipstore can look into it.

What to do

  1. If a parcel went to the wrong address because a digit was misread (for example a 3 read as an 8), check the address on the order first. A wrong or unclear address is the usual cause, not the font size.
  2. Correct the address and reprint.
  3. If you still need a font-size change, ask your carrier to approve it. Once the carrier approves, email support@shipstore.com so Shipstore can look into it.

What you should see

With a correct address, the label prints the right details and delivers to the right place.
