Yes. For carriers that rate through a live connection to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and most others), a rate increase shows up on its own the next time you rate a shipment. You do not add it later and you do not reload anything.

Why this happens

Every time you rate or get a quote, Shipstore asks the carrier for its current prices. So whatever the carrier is charging that day, including any recent increase (for example the USPS April 2026 increase), is what comes back and what you see in the quote and the rate shop.

What you should see

A quote you run after the increase shows the new, higher price. The rate shop shows the same prices the carrier publishes.

The one exception

A few older regional or LTL carriers use stored rate tables instead of a live connection. For those, load the new or updated rate file so the increase is reflected. If you are not sure whether a carrier uses a stored rate table, email support@shipstore.com with the carrier name and we will confirm.
