This error usually is due to a selection that you have selected under advanced package options.

  • To resolve this issue, click on the blue cogwheel under Packages on your Shipping Screen (Advanced Options)
  • View the advanced options and see if you find any odd selections.

In this case, the issue is the shipment is Shipping to Canada from the U.S and the "Proof of Delivery" is set to "Direct Signature Required".

If you change this value to "Default Signature Options", the shipment should then be able to process successfully.
