To view your support tickets, you must first be logged into the tickets portal (link here). Once logged in, you should be directed to your tickets view. Once the page loads, you should see a table at the bottom of your screen with all tickets you requested, similar to the screenshot below:

You can view tickets you are CC'ed on via the Other Tickets link at the top. If you need to submit a new ticket, simply click the Submit Request button next to the Logout link:
