How to restart the Merchant App
If you find that your labels will not print or that you are unable to pull a weight into ShipStore from the station scale, you most likely need to restart the Merchant App to resolve the issue. Here are the steps to do so:
1) Navigate to the bottom-right corner of your station screen and open the Task Tray (click on the carrot, or UP arrow), to display all of the icons of programs that are running.

Note: If you do not see the ShipStore logo like the screen shot above, skip to step 4.
2) Double left-click on the ShipStore Merchant app icon, (listed in the screenshot below.)

It will bring up the below window:
Then click on the "X" to close out the of ShipStore merchant app.

3) The system will prompt you and ask if you really want to close out the application, to which you would say yes.

4) Now that you've completely exited the Merchant App, you will now need to sign back in to get your label printer and scale working again.
Double left-click on the ShipStore Merchant icon on your desktop:

Note: If you do not see the ShipStore Merchant app on your Desktop, you can search for it on your windows search bar at the bottom left of your screen.

It will bring you to the log-in window where you will enter your log-in credentials:

Once you have entered your credentials and selected to "Login" button, the app will display that you are now logged in and display the station/computer name that you are logged into.

Note: Make sure that you click Ok to confirm the station you are logged in with.
5) If you are already on the ShipStore website, you will want to make sure you are on the Ship page. Press Ctrl+Shift+R to refresh the page. If not on the website already, please log in normally and go to the Ship page.
6) After the Ship page loads again, go to the Station drop-down on the left-hand side of the page and make sure your station is selected:

7) Print a test shipment to confirm that you can get a label.
Note: It is recommended that you restart your Merchant App on your station once per day.
