If your label won't print, the first thing to check is that you have a station linked. You can find this information on the left side of the screen.


If you see that a station is not linked, click the drop-down menu and select your station. Retry printing the label.
Another common problem when labels won't print is that the Merchant App isn't running. Restart the merchant app by closing and re-opening it, then try to print your label again.
