Due to data security policies with some of our newer technology and shipping partners, all systems hosted by Shipstore will have Personally Identifying Information (name, address, phone, email) purged after 30 days. Information like this could cause severe harm to an end consumer in the event of a data breach, and so this policy has been enacted to protect the customer from said details getting leaked.

This purge will not clear out transaction data, so users will still be able to run reports off of the ship to city/state/zip, as well as any other details (i.e. PO number) related to the transactions processed in the system; just not any information that identifies the end customer.

This policy is non-negotiable for Shipstore-hosted systems. If you are on a Shipstore-hosted system but need this data retained for longer periods of time/indefinitely, please reach out to our support team or your account manager to get pricing on migrating to an on-premise system.
