Summary: Label reprints are recorded in the Merchant logs on the station that shipped the package, not in one central place. To find out whether and when a label was reprinted, check the logs on the station that shipped it.

Before you start

  • Know which station shipped the package. The shipment record shows this.

Steps

  1. Open the shipment record and find the station that shipped the package.
  2. Go to that station and open the Merchant logs (the local activity log on the station).
  3. Find the shipment in the log and look for its reprint entries. Each entry shows the date and time.

What you should see

The reprint entry, with its date and time, appears in that station's Merchant logs for the shipment you are checking.

If something goes wrong

  • No reprint entry on that station: the reprint may have been done from a different station. Check the logs on any other station that handled the shipment.
  • You cannot open the Merchant logs: email support@shipstore.com and include your company name and the shipment details.
