Add a second shipment to an order that already shipped

Summary: By default, an order allows one shipment. To process another shipment on an order that already shipped, without voiding the first label, turn on the "multiple shipments per order" setting in the admin portal.

Before you start

  • You need access to the admin-portal settings.

Steps

  1. Open the admin-portal settings.
  2. Turn on the setting named "multiple shipments per order".
  3. Save the setting.
  4. Go back to the order and process the additional shipment under the same order number.

What you should see

A second shipment processes against the already-shipped order, and the original label stays in place.

If something goes wrong

You do not see the setting: email support@shipstore.com and ask us to enable "multiple shipments per order" for your account. Include your company name.
