If a report shows a single total weight for a multi-package shipment, and the weight does not match the individual package weights in Shipping History, the report's weight column is set to the shipment total.

Cause

The report's weight column is set to Shipment - TotalPackageWeight (the whole-shipment total). For the weight of each package, the column needs to be Package - Weight.

Fix

  1. Open the report in the report builder.
  2. Find the weight column set to Shipment - TotalPackageWeight.
  3. Change it to Package - Weight.
  4. Save and re-run the report.

What you should see

Each package row shows its own weight, and the weights match what you see in Shipping History.
