Shipstore's standard Reports section does not include a void field, so you cannot build a report that filters on voided shipments. Here is how to get the list another way.
Get a count or list of voided shipments
- Open Shipping History.
- Use the filter to show only voided records for the date range you need.
- Read the count on screen, or export the filtered list.
If you need a recurring report
If you need a formatted or scheduled voided-shipments report, email support@shipstore.com and ask about a custom report (this is a billable custom report). Include the fields and the date range you want.
What you should see
Shipping History, filtered to voided, shows the voided shipments for the period, and the count matches what you expect.
