Summary: If a report by date does not return the shipments you expect, check the comparers on the date search rows. A date range needs Greater Than or Equal To for the start date and Less Than or Equal To for the end date.
Problem
You run a report for a date range, and it does not return the shipments you expect.
Cause
The date search rows use a text comparer such as Starts With or Ends With. Those comparers do not work for a date range.
Fix
- Open the report's search criteria.
- On the start date row, set Comparer to Greater Than or Equal To. On the end date row, set it to Less Than or Equal To. These are the defaults for a date field.
- Enter your dates and run the report again.
- If the report still finds nothing, email support@shipstore.com with the report name and the date range.
What you should see
The report returns the shipments in your date range. Reports reach back one year; older shipments are archived.
