Summary: Shipstore shows one APC Priority service, not separate DDP and DDU services. You choose DDP or DDU on each shipment with the Terms of Sale field in the International section.

Problem

When you rate shop APC, you see one APC Priority service (for example "APC Priority w/DC") and cannot tell whether it ships DDP or DDU.

Cause

The service name does not set the duty terms. The Terms of Sale on the shipment decides whether Shipstore sends the shipment to APC as DDP or DDU.

Fix

  1. On the shipment, open the International section.
  2. In Terms of Sale, select Deliver Duty Paid (DDP) or Deliver Duty Unpaid (DDU) for the destination.
  3. Rate or process the shipment with the APC Priority service.

What you should see

The shipment goes to APC with the Terms of Sale you selected.
