Reprocessing a consolidated shipment reloads only the master order and makes one new label. The child orders that shipped under it are not added back automatically. This is expected.

Problem

After you reprocess a consolidated shipment, the orders that shipped with the master are missing. Adding the child orders back fails because they are already billed.

Cause

Reprocessing reloads the master shipment only and makes one label. The child orders are recorded as separate shipments. Once billed, a child order cannot simply be re-added to the reprocessed master. This is expected behavior, not a defect.

Fix

  1. Decide the outcome you need: one consolidated shipment again, or separate labels per order.
  2. To keep them separate, reprocess each order as its own shipment.
  3. To re-consolidate, first reverse the billing on the affected orders, then reprocess the master so the child orders can be included again.
  4. If you cannot reverse the billing, email support@shipstore.com with the order numbers.
  5. Confirm the resulting labels and billing match what the customer expects.

What you should see

The reprocessed master prints the expected labels, the child orders are either shipped one by one or re-consolidated after billing was reversed, and the billing totals reconcile.
