To re-ship an order that was cancelled or voided, reprocess it from Shipping History.

Before you start

A voided shipment stays in Shipping History but is hidden from the default view. Reprocessing makes a new label; it does not bring back the original label or tracking number.

Steps

  1. Go to Shipping History.
  2. Under Search Parameters, check include voided.
  3. If you do not know the profile, also check search all profiles, then Search.
  4. Find the cancelled or voided shipment in the results.
  5. On the right of the row, click the reprocess (back-arrow) icon next to the view (eyeball) icon.
  6. Reprocess the shipment to make a new label. Expect a new tracking number; the original barcode stays void.

What you should see

The order reloads and prints a new label with a new tracking number, and the original shipment stays voided in history.
