Summary: When you search a shipment list and click Invert Selected to select all results, you can get the error "Unable to get row number from event property" and the screen freezes. Check the shipments one at a time instead.

Problem

You type a search value to find the shipments you want, for example to void several at once. You click Invert Selected to select them all. A pop-up shows this error:

Each time you click OK, the pop-up comes back, and then the screen freezes.

Cause

This is a known limit of the screen. It cannot use a search value and Invert Selected at the same time. The number of shipments is not the problem. How to check: clear the search box and click Invert Selected. If it works with no search value, this is the cause.

Fix

  1. If the pop-up is open, close it and refresh the screen.
  2. Type your search value again.
  3. Check the box next to each shipment you need, one at a time. Do not click Invert Selected.
  4. Click the action you need, for example Void.

What you should see

The shipments you checked are selected with no error, and the action finishes for each one.
