International Options
The International Options tab.
The International Options tab contains fields that are required for international shipments.
Sections
There are 2 main sections in the International Options tab:
- Shipment Info
- Commodities
Shipment Info
This field is similar to the Shipment Details section in the Basics tab. Use this section to enter the shipment information required for international shipments.
Commodities
Use the Commodities section to list the items that are on your international shipment. Most carriers will require this information to be listed for international shipments.
You will need to add a line and fill out the fields for each item on the shipment.
FYI: Electronic Form is not mandatory for any Countries, but some Countries do restrict this option and you will need to have the International Documents print out and attached to the box. The Carrier's API will return an error letting you know the destination Country does not allow Electronic Documents.
