Causes and solutions for labels not printing.
1. Station Not Linked
If a label is not printing, or if it is popping up into a new tab on the browser and not printing, the likely cause is that there is no station linked. In order to print labels, you must link a station. Choose one from the drop down.
2. Merchant App Problems
Another common cause of printing issues is the merchant app. Various issues could have occurred, but will usually be resolved by restarting the merchant app. Log out of the merchant app, completely close and restart it.
3. Windows configuration
In rare cases, we have seen permissions issues on the C:\Windows\System32\Spooler\Printers folder that can cause ZPL printing to not work properly. To resolve this, you will need an administrator of the computer to give your user write permissions to the above folder.
