Private Cloud and Enterprise Shipstore environments require the Shipstore Merchant application to be configured to connect to your Shipstore website.

Follow the below steps to configure the Advanced Options for the Shipstore Merchant application:


1) Open the Shipstore merchant application and select Advanced Options from the login screen.



2) Uncheck Use Default Settings



3) Fill out the fields as described in the text below the screenshot and select Save.

Chat Host URL: aretools.com


Chat Server Port: 5222

Chat Registration Port: 9090

Use Legacy API: Checked

SSO Login: Unchecked


4) Login with using the same login credentials as you have used with your Shipstore website.
