The Email admin screen allows you to configure your custom email notifications in the system. This screen is split into 2 parts: Email Servers and Email Templates.

Email Servers
The Email Servers section is used to define where the emails will be coming from. Currently, SS does not support relaying emails, so you will need to enter credentials for an email account to send emails from SHIPSTORE.
The system allows you to enter multiple records in the case that you have multiple customers that have their own requirements for this process.
Adding a server
To add a server, click the blue +" in the top right of the page to create the record. A screen will pop up where you can name your email server and fill out the necessary info. All fields on the left of this pop-up are required.
NOTE: If you need to test your settings, you can try setting up the same account on your smartphone to test the connection from there. Once you have identified the right settings, enter those into the below window in SHIPSTORE.

Email Templates
The templates sections allows you to create/modify any email templates you might use in the system. Email templates can be used for anything from Shipment Notifications, sending documents, and more. One thing to keep in mind is that the Email Template will need to be set up to correspond with the information it is transmitting. For example, you would not be able to use a Shipment Notification email to send an EOD document since there is no Shipment to reference.
Adding a server
To add a template, click the blue +" in the top right of the page to create the record. A screen will pop up where you can name your email template and create the body of the email. All fields on the left of this pop-up are required.
Note: The HTML Body is where you create/edit the notification and the Rendered Body is just a preview of what that will look like.
