The Integrations admin screen allows you to create and modify connection settings to any outside OMS/ERP systems that SHIPSTORE need to connect to. When a record is added here, you can then add to specific profiles under the Profile features section.

Adding an Integration

To add an integration, click the blue +" in the top right of the page to create the connection. A window will display to enter your connection details. Give the Integration a name, then choose the Connection Type and which ERP/OMS this Integration is for. Once these are set, the window will adjust to prompt you for any additional information.

Notes:

Connect Through Station – Enable this option if the connection to the ERP/OMS is only available in the company network, and can’t be accessed by an outside source. This will force all integration commands to run through the SHIPSTORE Merchant app.

Live Updates – Enable this option if you want shipment information to pass back to the ERP/OMS immediately after shipping the order.
