Summary: You can run a profile-switch rule at the same time as another After Shipment Loads rule (such as warehouse assignment by state), as long as the rules do different things. If two rules both switch the profile from the same base profile, the later one wins. A manual profile change at the station after load is not logged.

You need admin access to Business Rules.
Steps
- Keep each After Shipment Loads rule's action different (for example, one assigns the warehouse and one switches the profile).
- Make the profile-switch criteria specific (for example, Profile Code plus destination state) so only the orders you mean switch.
- If two rules could both switch the profile, order them so the one you want wins, or tighten the criteria so they do not both fire.
- If an order shows an unexpected profile, check for a manual change at the station before assuming a rule conflict. Manual changes made after load are not logged.
What you should see
A test order loads and the profile-switch rule fires as expected, an order that matches the warehouse rule still gets the right warehouse, and the rate request shows the profile you intended.
