Summary: Shipments sent from Shipstore to a third-party TMS (transportation management system) can arrive without a quote ID and stick in a pending status. This was fixed in a Shipstore update. Have every station hard-refresh the Shipstore page to load the fix.

Problem

Shipments you pass from Shipstore to a third-party TMS arrive without a quote ID. On the TMS side the orders cannot rate or get a carrier, so they pile up in a pending status.

Cause

A Shipstore issue stopped the quote ID from being set on shipments passed to the TMS. It was fixed in the Shipstore update on June 25, 2026. Stations still showing an older, cached version of the page kept sending shipments without a quote ID until they refreshed.

Fix

  1. Have every shipping station do a hard refresh of the Shipstore page (press Ctrl+Shift+R) so it loads the latest version.
  2. Process a new shipment and confirm the quote ID now shows on the TMS side.
  3. Confirm the pending orders begin to rate and get carriers again.
  4. If shipments still arrive without a quote ID after every station has refreshed, email support@shipstore.com and include your company name.

What you should see

New shipments show a quote ID on the TMS side, and orders move past pending to rating and carrier assignment without hand-fixing.
