  3. Add a rule that matches the destination (for example, the Ship To country) and sets your chosen broker for those shipments.
  4. Send a test shipment to that destination and confirm the broker shows on the customs paperwork.

What you should see

If something goes wrong

Still held with the broker set: confirm the broker details are complete. The carrier can reject an incomplete broker and clear the shipment itself.
