Shipment criteria options missing from the rule builder

Summary: Missing shipment criteria (like Customer ID or Rateshopflag) in the business-rule builder are a stale cache. Refresh or re-open the rule builder and the options come back.

Problem

When you add or edit a business rule, criteria you expect under shipment (for example Customer ID or Rateshopflag) are not in the list, so you cannot finish the rule.

Cause

The rule builder loads its criteria list from a cache (a saved copy). A stale cache leaves out criteria that are still valid, so they look missing.

How to check: If the criteria were there before and are gone now with no other change, the cache is stale.

Fix

Refresh the page, or close and re-open the rule builder.
If the options are still missing, clear your browser cache and sign back in.
Re-open the rule and check that the criteria are listed.
Add the criterion and click Save.

What you should see

The missing criteria appear in the shipment criteria list, and the rule saves with the criterion you wanted.
