The User admin screen allows you to manage users assigned to your account, including their permissions to certain profiles or reports.

Adding a user
To add a user, click the blue +" in the top right of the page to create the account. A screen will pop up where you can enter the user's name, credentials, and set their permissions.
You may also elect to assign them a password. Typically you will leave this option off, as we do not normally want to assign a password to a user. Instead, we want them to create their own password through the Welcome to ShipStore email they will receive.
Click the Create User button to complete the account creation.
Note that the username cannot be an email address and must not contain any special characters but numbers are allowed. The Password must be 8 characters long, special characters or numbers are allowed in the password.
Editing a user
Once a user is created, you can assign additional permissions to the user by clicking the blue Edit button on the user record. From here, you can restric the user's access to either specific profiles (can be useful if you have multiple locations), and/or reports in the system (i.e. client users). To use either of these, enable the toggle for the setting you want to alter and use the Restricted/Allowed tables that display to limit their access.

NOTE: User credentials can only be updated from the Login screen using the Forgot Password link.
