A station's Zebra printer does not print: the shipment processes, the Merchant App logs show no error, and the label is generated, but nothing comes out of the Zebra.
Cause
When the label is generated and the logs are clean, the print job is being lost between the Merchant App and the printer. That is a local print-path problem (driver, spooler, or the device), not a Shipstore label problem.
Fix
- Power cycle the PC and the Zebra printer.
- Send a Windows test label straight to the Zebra to confirm the printer and driver work outside Shipstore.
- Confirm the PC has a live connection to the Merchant App.
- Remove and re-add the station in Shipstore.
- As a workaround so you can keep shipping, set the station to Not Linked. The label then opens as a PDF in a new browser tab, which you can print on the Zebra.
What you should see
With the station Not Linked, the label opens as a PDF that prints on the Zebra. If direct Zebra printing is still needed, have on-site IT check the local print path (driver, spooler, or device).
If you want Shipstore to confirm the label
Email support@shipstore.com if you want help confirming the label was generated correctly; support can check the label code from the Merchant App logs.
