Shipping Parcel in SHIPSTORE is a standard process for all environments. Start from the Parcel Shipping tab on the Ship screen in the system:
- Enter/scan the Shipment Number to pull the order from your system. If there is no order to tie this shipment to, you can leave this field blank.
- Ensure the fields highlighted below are filled out.
- If needed, add packages to the shipment via the buttons on the top-right of the packages table.
- If shipping residential or via an express service, you may also be required to enter the contact name.
- Once everything looks correct, press F10 or click Process.
