International shipments in SHIPSTORE are fairly straightforward in terms of what data they need. Please follow the steps below to complete a standard international shipment:

  1. Click on the International Options Tab
  1. Add your commodities (items being shipped) with all fields highlighted below filled in
  2. Set the Duties and Taxes Terms
  3. Set the Terms of Sale (Incoterms)
  4. You can also set your Description of Goods and Customs Value on this screen as well. If nothing is entered, the system will pull the info automatically from the item(s) entered.
  5. Once everything looks correct press F10 or click Process.
