Once you are logged into the system with your admin user, click the Administration link at the top of the page. Once this page displays, click the Carriers link on the left and follow the links below for the accounts you need to set up.

The following links will walk you through the steps necessary to register the desired account in the system:

If you do not see a link for the carrier you are trying to set up, first check if the carrier is in the drop down by clicking the Add button on the right side of the table. If you see your carrier in the list, the system should walk you through what is needed for that account. Link to this documentation: Carriers

If you do not see the option in the list, we may not support a direct connection to that carrier. If you would like to see if we can connect to them, please submit a request via the button at the top of this page to see if we can add them to the system.
